state business route 40(5) former business loop on east side of city of flagstaff in coconino county. 4.6-mile (7.4 km) loop began @ combined route of i-40 bl , us 180 , followed santa fe avenue eastward underpassing current business route. loop continued along former us 66 connecting i-40 , us 180 @ exit 204 walnut canyon road along city s eastern edge. loop decommissioned in 2008 , returned city maintenance.
