ernst zündel (born april 24, 1939) born in germany in 1939. @ age 19, moved canada worked photographer , artist. became canada’s leading “holocaust-denial propagandist.” in late 1970s started using samisdat publishers produce , distribute nazi , neo-nazi propaganda. court cases followed , zündel sentenced serve 15 months of jail time publishing lies holocaust. publicity made zündel more influential figure among neo-nazi organizations , used newfound influence further white supremacist movements. zündel applied canadian citizenship twice. during second attempt in 1994, long series of hearings , court cases followed, never issued canadian citizenship. in 2001 zündel moved united states, deported canada visa violations in 2003. shortly thereafter deported germany in 2005 taken custody , arrested inciting racial hatred. released prison on march 1, 2010, ernst zündel reminded not welcome in canada , believed living relatives in bad wildbad, germany.
