there no university-sponsored athletic programs @ unicamp, , sporting competitions, either internal or played other schools, entirely organized students. liga das atléticas da unicamp, university-wide league of different athletic associations, responsible organizing internal sporting events, such unicamp olympics.


in addition internal competitions, there multiple external competitions between several universities focused on different areas of study: in intermed medical students different universities compete against each other, , in engenharíadas, engineering students gather play sports. games held in city of 1 of participating universities on long weekend, students being housed in public schools, farms , hotels.


the university has sports center courts basketball, volleyball, full size regulation football field, athletics field running tracks, competition swimming pool, covered gymnasium indoor spectator sports, attached convention center.
