linux
debian has mph 2b damase package, use following command install it:
apt-get install fonts-mph-2b-damase
the package should work under other debian derived distributions (e.g. ubuntu, don t forget sudo command).
for other distributions, extract truetype font , place under either /usr/share/fonts/ (with superuser right) or ~/.fonts/ (normal user right). run following command refresh font cache:
fc-cache -v
browsers need closed , restarted, there no need reboot.
in distributions using gnome, such ubuntu, can use filemanager access fonts://, can deposit font, restart web browser.
