2012 season

demare celebrating victory on final stage of 2012 tour of qatar


in august 2012, demare won first world tour race of career prevailing in vattenfall cyclassics, ahead of local favorite andré greipel , giacomo nizzolo. démare dominated mass sprint contested in scorching heat @ end of 245.6 km (152.6 mi) race.


2013 season

in 2013, démare won 3 stages in row @ 4 days of dunkirk , general classification. on third stage, team-mate , lead-out rider geoffrey soupe produced final power surge launch démare, , duo finished one-two in mass sprint, ramon sinkeldam of argos–shimano taking third place.


2014 season

demare @ 2015 tour de france wearing french national champion s jersey


démare won 4 days of dunkirk stage race second year in succession, winning 2 stages during event. won points , young rider classifications. put in strong performances in cobbled classics, finishing second in gent–wevelgem , twelfth in paris–roubaix.


2015 season

démare struggled form of 2015 season, scoring 1 top ten finish in spring classics tenth place in omloop het nieuwsblad. did manage score 2 stage wins in tour of belgium.


2016 season

in january 2016 démare announced race plans first half of new season, starting campaign on home soil @ Étoile de bessèges , tour méditerranéen, followed competing in cobbled classics of omloop het nieuwsblad, kuurne–brussels–kuurne, milan–san remo, gent–wevelgem, tour of flanders , paris–roubaix, along stage races paris–nice , 3 days of de panne. announced skip tour de france , focus on giro d italia instead. enjoyed success @ tour méditerranéen, fdj squad won race s opening team time trial , won following stage. démare went on win first full stage of paris–nice , took biggest win of career @ milan–san remo. victory questioned rival riders matteo tosatto , eros capecchi, alleged démare had been assisted tow team car on climb cipressa after crashed 30 km go. however, in absence of photographic or video evidence, race officials decided not take action.démare became first frenchman win milan-san remo since laurent jalabert in 1995. first frenchman win monument race since 1997, when jalabert , frédéric guesdon had won giro di lombardia , paris-roubaix respectively.


2017 season
