the towers @ knights plaza (tower i, ii, iii, , iv) houses 2,000 students, 500 in each tower. residents of towers community sign annual contracts rent apartments full academic year (fall, spring, , summer), whereas residents of other standard housing communities on main campus sign academic contracts rent rooms 1 or 2 semesters @ time. towers house majority of upper-classmen live on campus.


residents of towers provided secure mail room, , entrance buildings , apartments controlled via students university identification badge. apartments in towers offered in various plans ranging 1 bedroom/1 bathroom 4 bedroom/4 bathroom, majority being 4 bedroom/2 bathroom. tower iii learning community students enrolled in burnett honors college. ucf athletes housed in tower iv.
