voting during 3 shows consisted of 50 percent public televoting , 50 percent jury deliberation. jury consisted of 5 music industry professionals citizens of country represent, names published before contest ensure transparency. jury asked judge each contestant based on: vocal capacity; stage performance; song s composition , originality; , overall impression act. in addition, no member of national jury related in way of competing acts in such way cannot vote impartially , independently. individual rankings of each jury member released shortly after grand final.


following release of full split voting ebu after conclusion of competition, revealed finland had placed tenth public televote , sixteenth (last) jury vote in first semi-final. in public vote, finland scored 51 points, while jury vote, finland scored 1 point.
