ky 259 s southern terminus @ intersection concurrently running u.s. route 68 (us 68) , ky 80 in hays, in far eastern warren county. crosses interstate 65 (i-65) via overpass shortly before crossing edmonson county , reaches community of rocky hill, intersects ky 1339 (apple grove road). crosses us 31w north of rocky hill, , turns northwest intersect ky 422 , 2325 in pig community. when meets ky 101 in rhoda, ky 259 turns right , continues on edmonson county seat of brownsville, runs concurrently kentucky route 70 throughout course through city, on green river point near riverhill shopping center.
