frame
a term used in snooker , blackball in each rack break off until clearance, losing foul or concession has been made. match made of several frames. see game (sense 1), has broader meaning.
frame ball
same game ball (chiefly in snooker , blackball). term used figuratively, refer last difficult shot required win.
free ball
also free shot.

freeball situation. red snookered, blue can called.

frozen
