all india radio has 20 kw medium-wave radio station in darbhanga transmits various programs of mass interest , cover part of noth bihar , terai of nepal. das transmitter of 20 kw mw expected start replace existing analog transmitter in future. doordarshan has 1 dd national , 1 dd news lpt relay transmitters. darbhanga still doesn t have fm transmitter yet.
