at civil trial in 2012, peterson, wife , 2 other directors found liable losses @ weavering capital , ordered pay $450m in damages, making them bankrupt , leading liquidation of magnumhold ltd. in 2015 criminal trial, magnus peterson found guilty of 8 charges of fraud , related offences in relation role managing director of weavering capital , sentenced 13 years in prison.
as of december 2015, liquidators still trying recover funds spent on film peterson via both weavering , magnumhold. however, on 24th may 2016, grey wolf media ltd compulsorily wound under companies act 2016 no accounts had been filed on 2 years. last published accounts (2014) showed debts of $267. in total, 3 companies making film (gerbil films, lobos gris & grey wolf media) recorded unpaid debts creditors of $1.08m.
