the fledgling bechuanaland railways (br), still being operated cape government railways (cgr), vryburg via mafeking in cape colony bulawayo in southern rhodesia.
the mashonaland railways (mr), operated in southern rhodesia bulawayo umtali in east.
the rhodesia railways northern extensions (rrm), operated north , east of bulawayo, towards northern rhodesia.
the beira , mashonaland , rhodesia railways (bmr), operated between umtali in southern rhodesia , beira in mozambique.
